Friday workout! When I headed out I planned on doing 2 x 2 miles, but my whole warm up felt super flat. So I decided to do 4 x 1 mile instead to break it up a little more. My legs were just not into it tonight though! But it happens! I decided to just cut it short and do 3 x 1 mile. Still a good workout! 🏃🏼‍♀️ I am SO happy it's Friday!! I'm going on a winery tour with a bunch of girlfriends tomorrow and I CANT WAIT. This week has been crazy at work, so this winery tour came at the perfect time. Can't wait to relax with my friends 🍷💕 Happy weekend!! 😁
