Leg day 4/25
I’m getting back into the gym finally! I already did and upper body day last week but then a bunch of stuff got in the way of going but but I went today. I made a mistake though. I was also supposed to run today but I did legs first and my legs just weren’t going to run well or safely after that 😂 oh well there’s always tomorrow to run but at least I’m back in the gym.
I also am starting to get energy back so my supplements seem to be working. Still working on sleeping better but overall I’m experiencing an improvement and paying more attention to my vitamin and nutrient intake.
