I got a 2nd kin related tattoo today. It feels awesome to have some of my ink again, esp bc its roughly in the same spot and the same size as it was.

There's gonna be more in the future, I'm sure of it.

Weirdest kin? I mean. All of them are p damn weird / niche, but, for me, the top contenders for me are

🔥 a Flametrooper. Like. We show up super briefly in the background at the beginning of Star Wars: the Force Awakens. That's it.

🪖 a noncanon Mobile Infantry soldier from Starship Troopers (specifically more like. SST Invasion movie. Or the book. Not the one film everyone who knows SST knows.)

☢️ Zeitgeist, from Marvel (more specifically Deadpool 2 than the comics) - Like ???? For those who have seen Deadpool 2. You know what I mean ???!?? Im NEVER trusting Wade with his opinions on what's safe to do with the weather. Bro would fly a kite during a lightning storm.

for canon compliments, there's a few!

One was not too long after I realized I was Zeitgeist (Deadpool 2) - I had short hair at the time, so I started slicking it back like I used to. One person recognized the style and (not knowing about me being kin at all) went "omg you have Zeitgeist hair!!"

A 2nd one was from nother person who, when I expressed a want to cosplay as Zeitgeist, they just "you should - you would pull that off really well!"

Also, when I sent a post in here a while back about obscure canons/sources, and mentioned being from a game called Dragonfable, someone replied to it and said that that game and adjacent ones were their childhood and it was rlly cool. Thats always stuck with me,,, (also MPC tagging a message I sent "blessed confessions" when I talked about my boyfriend's reactions to me revealing Im kin. not 100% what this ask game is about but still. that lives rent free in my head, MPC.)

Ooohhh for canon colours,,,

As Zeitgeist - that toxic neon green (still my fave!) plus black, and that,, sorta rusty bleach splatter colour when you get bleach on dark fabric? Yeah.

As Infinity - very dark blues, a specific shade of red, and like, a dark grey thats nearly black

As an M.I. trooper - deep steel greys, gunmetal grey, and like,,, those but tinted green or blue. And of course a bright yellow and red for the M.I. flag lol

As a flametrooper - black and white of course!

getting ink in this life, kin related or not, makes me feel so much better in this goddamn body <3 Love me some tattoo therapy, I feel so !!!!!! when I see the blackwork ink on my body. its very gender. good soup.

Local acid spitter bought a zippo (finally) today. It looks a lot like the one I used to have, except just a lighter colour of metal.

Idk maybe mine was just grimey and scratched and dented to hell n back lol

It's nice to have one again. I made a special pocket inside my kutte for it. I should pick up lighter tricks so I can fidget with it,,,

Thankfully my smoking habit is nowhere as bad as it was in that life. Like, I still smoke though. But not as much - at least not as much. So I got that going for me.

Anyways yeah. Nice lil comforting weight to have is a zippo. For me, anyways.
