what’s his relationship like with Niffty & Husk?

Adonis adores Niffty, but he'll never admit it. Ladybugs are good luck, you see, so he thinks of her as his little luck charm. "Mon chanceux" he calls her - my lucky one. He lets her sit on his shoulder, invisibly, of course, using the power of the Boon he gave her in their Deal, and they can communicate with each other long distance, via that same Boon. When Niffty made her Deal with Adonis, he didn't ask for her soul, but instead her devotion - he owns hundreds of souls that do nothing for him, but what he wanted was someone who would do whatever he asks - willingly.

Niffty is Adonis's little helper, his dutiful spy, his loyal friend. She came to him for protection and he grants it, and in turn she serves him on her own accord. She could leave at any time, power of invisibility in tow, able to hide away from any brutes that could harm her, but Mister Adonis is the kindest man she's ever met - kindest to her, anyways. No man as ever treated Niffty as well as Adonis has, and he doesn't even ask her to bed with him. What a deal! Nifty feels she has the better end of the bargain, as she can't imagine how much help a little bug like herself could be for a powerful overlord like The Black Cat, Mister Thirteen.... But she stays dutiful anyways, thankful for the security and safety Adonis brings her, as well as his company. That is something they mutually benefit from.

As for Husk, Adonis hates his dusty ass, and Husk hates him right back. His charm is worth nothing to that old cat, who sees straight through his friendly facade. Adonis is dangerous. Husk knows that. When Adonis approached him at The Lions' Den Casino, Husker was cocky. Too cocky. He'd heard rumors about a black cat that had been skulking around and not much more than that. And when that cat entered his casino, he knew he wasn't a cat at all - Husk's nose never lies. Behind that posh suit and handsome grin was a wolf, no doubt about it. A wolf in sheeps- no- cat's clothing.

Husk didn't trust him, but that didn't stop the winged overlord from underestimating him, the old fool. Now he's down 99 souls plus his own, and The Lion's Den Casino has closed down. Every soul he owned was in Adonis's pocket, but Husker was the only one Mister Thirteen bothers to use. Adonis loves toying with Husk, like a cat toying with a mouse, and Husk hates it. But he can't do anything about it, because... Adonis owns his soul. Prayer doesn't do anything in Hell, but if he could pray, Husk would pray that that smarmy bastard Adonis get his.
