I completely forgot I had I drawn these up but this is something that I did a couple of summers ago. I meant to do one of the antagonists too but I didn’t get around to it. Maybe one day I will.

It’s great to say that I’ve got my mojo back. I’ve been really cracking into the 4th arc which is exciting in and of itself. There was a point that I didn’t think I was going to ever get to this point. DIVE has been in writing hell for longer than I’d like to admit but I know that I have a clear direction of where the story is going and I’m absolutely stoked for it. Now that I’ve got the main story wrapped up and Robina’s journey is finished I’ll be working onto changing it into a comic. Hopefully I’ll be able to start that before the end of the year.

 The 4th arc is going to be following Ivarhn - Robina and Isontaro’s eldest son as he ventures through the realms of the Demyra pursuing his career as a doctor after following in Itoku’s footsteps. It’ll be a nice departure from the trials and tribulations of the gods and more down to earth showcasing just what life is like for the Demyra, I’ve got a lot of fun world building that I’ll be adding into this arc that you didn’t get to see within the first 3 arcs just because of the timeline of events. Most of the small stuff gets completely eclipsed when you’ve got a ‘save the world’ plot line. I’ve got a neat twist planned for the end of the 4th arc that’s going to be playing right into the hands of the 5th (and probably the final arc of the story).

 I had the question of who I wanted the two remaining arcs to follow when I was planning them out (most of it is notes scribbled on paper or is still in my head) but I’m happy I went with who I did. Ivarhn I think is going to be an interesting character to follow, his boisterous, unconventional ways are going to turn everything that tradition is on its head for favour of doing what he sees is better. Being accompanied by Deami who is very much about sticking to the rules is going to certainly add a good bit of spice to the mix. I’ve got several things planned with these two that I think will be fun.

 Just over 20 pages deep I’m very happy with how this arc is turning out so far. I’ll hopefully be able to complete it faster than the last one. There’s a lot I need to do before that happens though, I’ve got character profiles to finish along with some fun concept art for some of the places for the comic.
