In My opinion as somebody that identifies as gay and is widely open about it everywhere I can be because I’m proud of this.
it doesn’t sit right with me the way that they “killed.” him and the reason why I’m doing air quotes is because supernatural has a tendency to kill people and bring them back multiple times and from the post I’ve seen in other groups there’s a lot of people that are speculating that Cas does come back because there was a screenshot that got out from the next episode where he standing in a field now when he got out of the empty The first time he woke up in the middle of nowhere in a field. With that being said I feel like that we are going to have some type of acknowledgment or conversation between both(Dean& Cas) acknowledging it and talking about it whether Dean accepts it and they have a happy ending after or he doesn’t accept it either way.( Which I honestly feel like Dean is going to accept that because from what I’ve seen over the years of the show- Dean’s very emotionally constipated he very rarely likes to open up about his feelings.he likes to bury them and I feel like with it being where Cas was the one to acknowledge it and let it be known that’s what he fees for Dean is real & has been that whole time. That was what DEAN was waiting for and plus just the way that they have always been. you could tell the Dean is in love with him and I feel like now that it’s out in the open and he honestly knows that he does feel that way towards Dean - I feel like Dean is going to accept it and they are going to have that conversation)
I feel like there’s going to be some type of better closure for us I hope that because if this is honestly utterly the end for them and Cas! I will be mad because they all deserve better! we deserve better! not even just that I truly don’t feel like this is the end of misha being on the show because none of the actors and made any thank you post to misha so this leaves me open to Think that this isnt the last that we’re going to see of Misha on the show.
Now I don’t personally believe any of them are homophobic at all I don’t believe the actors are I don’t believe the characters are. But I do feel like the writers are and the way they went about his “death” proves everything that I’ve been saying for years about it. It’s not that he didn’t respond to him as to why I’m mad because I myself has personally been in situations where it took me a little bit to process what somebody was saying to me. so I understand Dean’s point of view on that.
But while I’m mad is the fact that Cas literally came out to Dean Not only is gay but confessing that he’s in love with him and that he’s the reason why he was able to freely accept that and Dean showed him that while loving him and saving him all those years and being close with him all those years but where I’m mad is the fact that they legitimately did all that and then “killed him “
a lot of gay people from shows and movies don’t get the happy ending that we deserve and I feel like I as somebody that is part of the LGBT community we should!.
we deserve more recognition with in shows/movies. we deserve to have that same dedication awareness support and overall representation of being in love and being proud of that no matter the cost. So my problem is the way that he literally came out and then was killed and sent to the hell after that in my eyes the fact that he was sent to hell after coming out to me that’s very very fucking discriminated and homophobic against the LGBT because a lot of people in real life fear that with them coming out it is against God & they fear that then accepting themselves and being proud of this will send them to hell.
I don’t agree with that shit that’s exactly what they fucking did. And the fact that they PROUDLY did that honestly makes it so sickening and insensitive and inhuman & I don’t stand with that shit.
