2019 was a shitty year but I’m scheming for 2020 to pull through. Ready to put the work in so this little man has everything he needs. 🥰
Oh, we had a long road to get to this point. My mom wasn’t thrilled when I told her I was pregnant and she was the campaign manager for me getting an abortion and it was brutal. My mom, who I look up to so much and her opinion matters most to me was telling me I wasn’t ready and for too long I believed it. But it wasn’t true. Because I’ve been waiting and waiting for Henry for my entire life. I’ve literally never wanted anything more than to be a mom. And here I am, and now my mom is thoroughly enjoying being a grandma, and I get messages like this. I’m literally the happiest I have ever been. 💕
heart concert
Saints are slender ghosts the honey of
dew silked-swan the stars threshing
rain echoes breathe and wait
that voice of pilgrimage she dreamed
the melody of surpassed bliss
your skin faltering segments of sleep
haunted by a doorway in us
no dialogue to synchronize
my body on silence so much heat
O Heart articulate our pursuits
edges of his untouched reasons
a song in the woods will nest
the ancient magnificence of happiness
