Its so frustrating that my sister can be upset and cry and yell and everyone knows to accommodate her and care for her when i just went to my room after my sisters and moms screamfest ( which has been happening all day ) and freaked tf out and wished i had smth to sh with and nobody will ever know bc im not allowed to be upset bc theres simply no space anywhere for me

Deathcup, my bastard son, my undead creation, I love him so much. He's honestly such an irredeemable bastard and the fact that he wears Hiccup's face while he does all his lying and manipulating makes writing him even more fun.

It took the Dragon Riders four days to find out their beloved leader and chief had been replaced and it probably would've taken longer if Toothless hadn't been so obvious about his disdain for him and if Hiccup hadn't literally spelled it out himself.

Oooh, when I get around to finishing 'Death' I would honestly consider putting him in different scenarios just to see how those would play out.

Like, how would he and Viggo interact? Would he catch on sooner?

The second thing I want to ramble about is Hallowtober. I've been enjoying the fics that I'm writing for this thing. There's Post-apocalyptic Dagcup (kind of based on the minor Dagcup in Just a Kid, but very vaguely so) at least two continuations to my Mind Full AU since I already have all of my Augusnippets fics done, one Modern AU Hiccup whump, one Snotlout whump, and there is another AU that I want to create just for that month.

It's a dystopian type AU because I just can't stop putting Httyd characters in post-apocalyptic/dystopian worlds and then see that world wreck them. It's going to have a morally gray Hiccup and I can't wait to write him. 🥰

I'm actively prioritising spoopiness over whump, too. :')
