I wasn’t here for a while. And a lot of things happened. I got into a debate club like three months ago. And you know what? I gained the third place on an international forum as a speaker! And our team got the second one! So I just wanted to tell everyone Try New Things! You never know where you might have a talent. And what started as a little visit to local club of drawing, acting, debating etc may become a big part of your life!

Study Speak: India's Security at a Glance

A debate competition was held in our school on May 16,2025 for classes 9 and 10, based on the thought-provoking topic "Our country’s internal security apparatus." 

🎤Students showcased remarkable oratory skills, presenting well-reasoned arguments with clarity and confidence. The session witnessed a healthy exchange of views, highlighting both strengths and loopholes in the country’s security framework. 

🏆 The judges appreciated the depth of research and articulation. Events like these nurture critical thinking and foster awareness of national issues among students.

AYURVEDA DAY CELEBRATION at GSAMC&H

“Public awareness lecture was given on role of Ayurveda in Nutrition & Women Health” at R. D. Public School, Pilkhuwa under School outreach Programme on 22.10.2024.

Around 80 students were addressed and made aware about health benefits of opting nutritious food. Also hand hygiene was explained.

Girl students and Female staff were taught self examination for Breast cancer and common menstrual problems were discussed.

Spiral or Coil? Let’s have a discussion and stay classy social media. Despite it feeling like a giant middle finger, @stiner_massage told me to go Google it. So I sucked up my ego and looked into it because I want to explore deeper and further conversations instead of stopping them. I want to bridge sides and not divide. Here’s the outcome and I have my thoughts, but I’ll let John have first crack. Here we have the “Spiral Line” line of fascia as defined by #anatomytrains I then extrapolated a spiral as found in nature based off the Fibonacci sequence 0 1 1 2 3 5 8… I then found a drafted coil or spring in plan and elevation, and overlapped both with the spiral line of fascia.
