She’s got the super soldier serum in her veins, she’s fast, deceptively strong. He’s not expecting it, got too cocky, so she’s got him pressed into the wall, arm behind his back. His face is bloody, she knows she has a black eye, split lips and knuckles to match.
“Don’t…ever lie to me again.” She shifts, the bone in his arm snapping under her fingers, and it’s not the first time she’s felt that sensation, it’s become all too familiar in her sleep.
