I chickened out of my swim today so I threw some extra heavy weight around to make up for it. . I’ve committed to continuing with my triathlon plan but putting in the extra work to get stronger too (consistently) in preparation for #IMTX - honestly, my biggest concern is my body holding up 😖I have a nagging issue that I need to dig into and resolve. I’m hesitant to find out it’s more than I’ve given it credit for. 😕 . #80dayobsession is the poison of choice for strength and today was day 5 #legday and then I added more exercises to compensate for the missed swim. . Recovery over the holiday week was a perfect combo. . Hope everyone enjoyed their time, despite it being different this year. . And now, we get back to work & finish strong so we can put a big bow on 2020 and put it behind us. . Tomorrow we begin our #decemberburpeechallenge - details are in my story.
