There’s a whole lot more to triathlon than swim, bike and run. . Strength, mobility, flexibility, nutrition, rest and recovery to just name a few. . There’s always a workout in (at least) one of the 3 disciplines (esp IM training) and the others are always sprinkled in throughout. . Today, a 1 hr predawn ride 🚴 and strength training later in the day. . Tomorrow, we swim...and prepare for the big training blocks of the weekend with stretching and mobility (Yoga) and getting all the fuel in to keep us energized⛽️ and rest 😴 to refresh us. .
