I love this man.  He’s sharp, witty, funny, self-deprecating, he always puts on a great show, he possesses one of the most emotive voices in pop, and is an incredibly brilliant lyricist.  The bottom photo cracks me up because with a bit more gold jewelry and a chai symbol on a chain around his neck, I swear he could be my Uncle Morty, circa 1990 or so.  Who knew EC would ever resemble an old jewish man?  LOL.

Any Declan MacManus (Elvis Costello) fans here? His debut album was a knockout punch to me, while I was singing for a local R&B / R&R band in 1977. We never did "Less Than Zero" but I catch myself singing this tune, even today, when I think about Fascism and antisemitism in the US as it is today.
