Feeling everything is the only way I know how to feel.
Molly Burford
Beautiful Problem
You see, this is the problem. Mind you it is a beautiful problem, but it is a problem. I feel we can all relate to. I fall in love. With simple things like way the rain drips off of the leaves of the trees, especially in autumn. Foggy mornings and dew on the grass. Fires and cups of hot coffee, hot enough so you can see the steam coming off the cup. To the more complex, like the way someone says hello, or greets me when I come to them and they extend their arms to me. Happy to see me, even though I don’t fully understand why they are happy, but as long as they are smiling, I don’t much care. But the biggest problem, is that I fall in love with people. I can’t help it. It is second nature. It is so hard to say ‘no’ to someone who needs you. Becoming taken up into their emotions. Wrapping myself, stitching myself tighter and tighter into the fabric of their world. Their laugh, their smile. Their, everything. It may sound sappy, but somehow, this is what happens every time. My heart is wrapped up in them and their problems, happiness and everything else that befalls them whether good or bad. Sometimes so much so I forget that I have my own troubles and things to worry about. It can be painful, tiring, exhausting to a point. But when I fall in love with a person, it was never because of their standing in society. The amount of money they had, their looks or any of that. It was because when I learned about them, I learned their soul and their inner person in the process. Their heart. It was over after that, I bonded and now I stay loyally by their side. I ask myself, especially when I was a child, only 6 years old, why I had such compassion and understanding. Feeling so much for people, so deeply, that even if all I could do was cry for them, I would. This was the norm. People called me an “Old Soul” since I was 13. I only wish I knew then what I know now, because it all would have been so clear. Perhaps it would have helped me growing up. Understanding, just why I was so different. But even though this quality has its ups and downs and though it pains me to say, I have experienced more downs than ups, I still don’t want to trade it. Because if this is, I am who I am and why. I can’t see myself being happy any other way. I can break down a person in minutes, feel when something is not right. I do not trust easy, which can be a flaw but also a blessing. I can tell when a situation is not right and I can sense when a person needs me, or just someone to lay their head on.
I like it. I’ll keep it.

Reliquary of the Soul: An Invitation for Those Who Feel Too Much
The Whisper of a Home Your Soul Has Been Seeking
To the beautiful soul feeling overwhelmed by the world…
If you have ever felt guilty for feeling too much, or if the weight of the haste and social noise has been crushing your chest, this Ebook is your gentle invitation back home.
Reliquary of the Soul is not a book to be rushed through. It is a sanctuary of words stitched with the raw truth of a soul that also chose to turn its abysses into bridges.
Leave the shoes of the ego, the masks of performance, and the demand to be “happy all the time” at the door. Here, only what is true is allowed in—what pulses and what overflows.
What the Reliquary of the Soul Tangibly Offers You:
1. The Sweet Validation of Your Intensity
If you are a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), or someone weary of "toxic positivity," this book is the written embrace that validates your pain and complexity. Your emotions are not a mistake; they are a sacred gift. The Reliquary reminds you that you are not alone in your intensity.
2. The Healing that Comes from the Pause
Amidst the chaos, these words serve as a lyrical invitation to your Inner Universe. Every page guides you back to Nature and to your essence. You will learn to honor your fragility, discovering that it is precisely there where true strength begins to bloom. It is the breath that invites you to live slowly, to love truly.
3. Transformation: Your Scar Becomes a Star
This is not an empty self-help guide. It is the intimate record of a rebirth, where the deepest pain is treated as the ossature of the soul that carries wisdom. You will find the poetry that was missing to give a beautiful name to what hurt, transforming old wounds into "Constellations of the Soul."
"Reliquary of the Soul" is for your soul that screams in silence. For your heart that yearns for a safe harbor.
Come in gently. Let these words meet you exactly where you are, without judgment.
Be your own healer. Your sanctuary is waiting.
Feel it.
