Deep Neck Flexors There's muscles on the anterior cervical spine???? 😜 I find these muscles do not get enough attention. From a movement aspect, screens in general are a deep flexor disconnector. From a cranial aspect, they attach to the occiput right near the sphenobasilar junction. That seems important. Maybe... To lengthen the neck and create space, it seems these muscles are necessary to be involved. From an energy perspective, they relate to your throat chakra. From a whiplash perspective, they seem greatly involved because the classic story goes, someone massaged my neck (posterior) and now I'm worse off. So they are important for balance of the cervical spine and pain? Why else are these important? What's your favorite cue for activating these muscles? #deepneckflexors #longuscolli #longuscapitis #whiplash #neckpain #neckanatomy #neckmuscles #throatchakra #singingismedicine #adaptablepolarity #energyhealers #energycenters #energyhealer #bodymechanics #headaches #anatomy #anatomytrains #anatomyart #retroart https://www.instagram.com/p/CoKl4QzLL2T/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
