Hi I just wanted to know how can I find out what type of psych I'm in? Like if if I'm honours psych? Thank you!

There are several ways of checking:

Check your transcript when you log into my.yorku.ca

Log into REM, it says your degree at the top

Log into the Degree Progress Report, it states your degree there as well.

How do I know if I'm in the specialized honours or honours program for kinesiology?

It will say so on your transcript or when you log into your Degree Progress Report. When you log into REM as well, it says your degree at the top.
