In honour of the anniversary and Omar being announced for the Norwegian festival, I would like everyone to know that Delara, who will also be performing at the festival, has my favourite wilmon endgame song (Norwegian but depending on how far you got in your Swedish duolingo, you'll probably be fine):

Alright I'm bored so here's my sexy and correct Skybound idea. Delara (Dilara?), but she's not incredibly lame. After Nadakhan was captured in the Teapot of Tyrahn, Delara took over the Misfortune's Keep and dedicated herself to freeing Nadakhan and taking Soto down. One stormy day she finally caught up to the Destiny's Bounty and an epic pirate battle ensued. Canons and shit, y'know the drill. She boarded their ship and took on Captain Soto personally. But in the chaos of the storm and the battle, the Destiny's Bounty went down with her still on it, and she was killed with the crew. In Pirates VS Ninja, when Nya showed up, Soto instantly recognized her, even through the mask, and fearfully assumed that Delara had been resurrected along with his crew. Even when this theory was confirmed to be false, he couldn't let go of the idea that she was somehow a reincarnation of some kind. Idk, I just need Delara to be a badass pirate captain who dies of something cooler than "vague girlfriend disease" or whatever.

this one was written for the NWoD discord server's Who Wrote That challenge! This prompt was from @artqueen02 and was to write about a character with less than ten minutes of screentime :D my experience with this one has kinda been "friendship ended with nya now delara is my new best friend" ajsfdkl; no but she's Very Important to me actually.

Her scales are warm, and her legs are wobbling, and her long, knotted hair is clinging tackily to her neck.  

She’s made the surface, and the first draw of salty air into her untested lungs is freedom.

Delara crosses her arms over her chest.  She blinks seawater from her eyes; up at the sun, down at herself, around at the surface dwellers eyeing her up with guns and spears ready in-hand.

She must look a slight, shivering thing as she drips onto their wooden deck.  Delara bares her shark teeth, lets them know she is anything but.

“It’s one of those fish persons, Captain!”

“Yes, Clancee, I can see that for myself.”

This captain doesn’t walk.  He swims, as if the air were his personal ocean, but he’s no more mastered by it than a serpent by a fish.  He treads the sky and summits its currents better than any of her people could hope the seas.  

It’s what drew Delara initially to him.  It’s what’s led her to this exact moment, to joining his crew.
