Ok, so I’m a week plate for my period but I’ve been having every symptom of it (cramps, cravings, etc.) I know I’m not pregnant because I’ve never been intimate with anyone in my entire life. For any girl that struggles with her period falling on important days or weeks, there is a legit remedy that does not involve birth control pills, or making a pact with Satan.
So I was facing the fact that my period was going to land right smack dab on ACEN weekend this year (yes, I keep track and plan ahead.) Anyways, after many hours of googling and researching for different things to help, I stumbled upon some interesting stuff. Apparently if you take 50-100mcg of Vitamin B6 throughout your cycle, it can delay your period/extend your cycle.
I took 50mcg of B6 ONE FREAKING DAY and then around 4mcg of B6 in a multivitamin every day and it actually freaking worked. I would have taken the B6 more days, but it upset my stomach horribly, even though I took it with food. So yeah, be forewarned about that.
Also, I cut down on my sugar intake, and bumped up my overall vegetable and soy intake. I am assuming this helped as well? Because I did not get my normal one day headache this month
Thanks to taking it just one day, I was able to bump everything back by two days. I won't get it until May 22nd at the earliest now.
