So let me get this straight... By your own words, if a 10 yo had her period, gets raped and pregnant and has "the guts" to get an abortion, she's "old enough to go to hell" for it? Whether that's what you meant to say or not, that is what you said, at least think before you write. This is the kind of reasoning that proves "pro-lifes" don't actually care about people. God is more loving than you give him credit for. He probably cares enough about his children not to think such horrendous things.
This question is really no different from the ones the Pharisees used to ask Jesus to trick Him into giving answers that would make Him worthy of accusations, the only difference is you’re already accusing me. I’m actually honored to receive the same kind of mistreatment He did, this clearly shows I’m in the right path, and He himself said servants are no more than their master, so it makes sense I suffer the same as Him.
Your question has two problems I hope to address:
First of all, the post I replied to wasn’t about a raped 10-year-old girl who got pregnant, therefore you cannot paraphrase my reply to a post about a 17-year-old-girl who definitely wasn’t raped and was old enough to know the consequences and moral implications of an abortion, which is plainly murder (worthy of excummunion by the Catholic Church), no matter what pretty words you use to disguise it, and use it to describe a different case. What you’re saying I said isn’t what I actually said, so you’re basically spreading lies.
To this question about an entirely different and unrelated case, I would answer that the girl in question, due to her youth, would probably be manipulated into an abortion (or otherwise be too young to understand what it entails) and therefore would ignore its moral implications which wouldn’t make her directly responsible for the crime, which would save her from eternal damnation because she probably wouldn’t make the conscious choice to terminate the life of her own child if she were well aware that’s what an abortion entails. I very much doubt a 10 year-old-girl who was supposed to be just playing with Baby Borns a few years before would choose to kill her own baby. She would probably go to Purgatory and have to atone for her sins there. So, the answer is no, she probably wouldn’t go to Hell. Only a person who makes a conscious choice (is aware of all its consequences) to commit mortal sin (therefore has full responsibility for it) and isn’t willing to repent goes to Hell.
The second problem is that you seem to think God condemns people, or at least you seem to believe I believe God condemns people. That is incorrect, I do not believe that and neither should you. People condemn themselves by their choices, they choose to be apart from God and the only place for people who do that is Hell. God can’t force the choice of good upon you because He respects your free will, that is why there’s Hell in the first place, because the devil disobeyed God and turned away from good, that was his choice and it’s also the choice of all those who commit mortal sins and are unwilling to repent.
We (Catholic pro-lifes, at least those truly worthy of the name) actually care about all people, which includes the unborn. Pro-choices like to pretend he or she doesn’t even exist. As for God being loving, He as our Creator and just like pro-lifes, cares about each and every life, including that of the unborn you’re dismissing with your so-called choices.
