In the battle of Penny versus Selene to be Della's Best Moon Friend, the winner is... Della.

It's a shame we never saw these two interact. I'd love to write fic of that someday. I tried to make Selene bustier to make the joke work, but instead Della just looks far away instead of squished. Oh well.
