I just recently got a Delta Bulbasuar and was wanting to know how I could care for one or if it’s just as similar as the standard Bulbasuar?

ahh, i greatly apologize for taking a long time to get to you. I've been quite busy. yes, the caring for the delta bulbasaur line is slightly different than their normal grass relatives. specifically for delta bulbasaur, care doesn't vary too greatly. if you have a male its recommended to groom and keep clean the gems he has, though the one on his back isnt much a worry. this is the same for females, but females lack the vines males have. you still have to water your bulbasaur though, as the cover around their crystal is still plant matter.

ivysaur doesn't have much caring differences besides more frequent watering, but venusaurs cares are somewhat different.

you need to clean your venusaurs crystal daily to avoid grime and dirt, and your watering rate should increase more. its recommended to avoid cleaning the gem on their face though unless youre very careful, as the slighest nick or smudge could throw a venasaurs psychic powers off. try to avoid a certain gem loving gremlin being around your venusaur though, as they are known to try and break the crystal on venusaurs back. less importantly, please do not shave your female venusaurs 'clouds'. it can hurt them.

delta bulbasaur, like any other physic type, grows bonds by cleaning the crystal on their back. some that attempt to court other bulbasaur go to the extent of stealing clothing or cloths from humans of the softest material to clean off the crystals of the bulbasaur they’re interested in!
