We're jumping on this train before it goes off the rails. Anyways, here's my take on Deltafell Lancer! My general idea is that he usurped the throne by the pushing of Rouxls. Lancer's technically king, but Rouxls rules (heh) from behind the scenes. Except, literally everyone knows that Rouxls is really in control. He's not exactly great at hiding it, due to his ego. Lancer pretty much just lets Rouxls do as he pleases, as long as Lancer gets whatever random things he wants in the moment. That's how Lancer got his motorcycle. Personality-wise, Lancer is pretty much the same. He's just more bratty and spoilt, but he really doesn't change that much. I imagine his overworld theme would sound a lot like Count Bleck's Plan from Super Paper Mario. His battle theme would sound like Dry Bonetrousle by Jeffery Watkins 3 on Soundcloud.
