Winter Poll explained
Winter is the season of skeleton polls.
Because of a certain skeleton the poll moved to be a separate topic from regular monsters.
The characters you are allowed to submit for the Winter Poll:

Specific Gasters (I've seen some non-skeleton variants of Gaster so I had to be more specific. If your Gaster is not a skeleton then you should wait for the Summer Poll)
Any other original skeleton characters that are not a version of the above.
The registration starts in December 1st and lasts until January 1st after which the actual poll starts.

Spring Poll explained
Spring is the season of Human Polls. What does that include?
The humans can be versions of:
Original humans: Frisk, Kris, Chara
Interpretation of one of the six fallen humans
Deltarune Vessels
Other original humans that don't fall in other categories.
No monsters, darkners or any other non-human forms are allowed into the poll, there are other seasons for them.
The registration for the poll starts in March 1st and lasts until April 1st after which the actual poll starts.

Summer Poll explained
Summer is the season of Monster/Darkner polls. What does that include?
To enter the Summer Poll your character needs to be a monster, a darkner, a flower, literally anything that is NOT considered a human or a skeleton because there are separate seasons for them.
The registration starts in June 1st and lasts until July 1st after which the actual poll starts.
Saying once again, the Summer poll is for non-human non-skeleton characters that are monsters/darkners/etc. The characters are required to be from Undertale/Deltarune, either by being from an AU, alternate timeline or just a completely original character.

In chapter 2, we can fight spamton neo in Yellow Mode
In chapter 4, we can fight Gerson in Advanced Green Mode
Chapter 5 has given us more than one: Optional Pink fight with Advanced Purple Mode, and the Flowery fight with brand-new Orange Mode
that means there's only two soul modes left to complete the set... Blue and Aqua...
I will be honest. I forgot that Aqua existed for a hot minute, since it had no corresponding mode in undertale. But no one expected Orange Mode until Flowery asked us to charge up our Bravely colored heart. Personally I think that if Aqua Mode happens, it will be the Chapter 6 main boss. Main boss, bc like Orange Mode it is brand new, therefore it will also be introduced as a main fight. Chapter 6, bc obviously the ch7 main boss will be in either the basic mode, Unleash the Light mode, susie grabs the soul and turns into a terrible beast with incredible power please please please toby, or else a completely different gimmick that we don't know yet.
...Also. since we're done with shadow crystals. the "secret" bosses (have you noticed how every one of them is linked to a shop? shop bosses) are also probably no longer happening.
Now to the point of my post. Blue Mode in Deltarune
