Um so we / y’all’s - we? Came out to our therapist. Now we have someone to talk to about sexual orientation and how to be aware of what’s driven from trauma and what’s driven from naturally healthy sexual appetite. That’s important to me because I don’t want to be someone I’m not when I’m having sex. I wanna be someone I choose. That’s going to take time. But it’s okay. As I make the connections that speak the most to my soul I’ll find my way, my tribe and myself. Yesss therapyyyyyy. I’m so happyyyy. Y’all don’t understand what it’s like to put in the work when you don’t want to because this is more than just you. And for that I extend grace to y’all. Cause I have it to myself so why can’t I to you?

Sometimes I wonder if what I see in my mind is another parts daydreams and wants instead of an actual daydream. But it happens so … hmm.
