I love Do Do-hee so much. I know what she’s doing right now it out of love and fear, and it’s obviously not the best solution. But she’s so tired of seing the people she loves get hurt that she shuts it all down and bottles it up. She has the whole world on her shoulders to carry alone. I love her and she deserves the world.
She knew what would hurt him the most, and so she pushed him away to keep him safe. I’m sobbing.
On another note, I love how they didn’t have Do-hee just mindlessly taking the poison in a panic. She took the time to think it over, and decided that she wasn’t going to give up that easily. Giving up would mean no one wins, and she’s not about to let that happen.
