Wait a second you could see the house you lived in before through a VENT???????????
yeah. or at least i thought i could. the house that i lived in before was a split level and through the vent i like saw the landing and the door and stuff however looking back its more like iwas just looking down upon the basement and for some reason things were arranged in a way that made it look like the split level landing. but when i was like 5 i was convinced it was a portal. also currently whenever im in the car and like someone else is driving, especially on a long straight road, it can be dirt dry but there are parts of the road that like are reflective for a split second. i think its because they are slightly below the line of sight or whatever and so its some optical thing but like i cant help but think the vent and this are related
Mama ghouligan I'm like super crazy major stressed out do u have any advice for a tiny ghouligan
Fff awww 💖 I don't know many blanket formulas for stress because mine comes in different incarnations especially with my job. A great deal of it though begins with perspective and remembering that your physical health needs a check-in during your worst days. Stopping for still moments and zeroing in on something simple is the best reprieve, doubling back on your progress through the stressful situation and looking kindly on how far you've come through it will bring you a good amount of ease. Even if it's not someone who can get deeply involved, asking someone you trust to listen to your woes can make it all sound less complicated. My favourite thing to do actually is to get existential about it; I look around at the things in my life that are going well and compare it to how hectic things have gotten and I regard them as this static thing that's waiting for me to survive the stress to get to them (even if it's the most minuscule thing like "I have hot running water and I can take a long hot bath when this is over, not every person can say that" or "when this is done I can watch my favourite movie or episode and eat something I don't normally get to"). I realise that given how I'm not experiencing this time with you, my words might fall flat but ultimately as long as you practice mindful breathing practices when your brain starts to cycle too rapidly and don't overcompensate your energy with unhealthy sugars, you will get through this and you'll be proud of the outcome because you kept your wits about you throughout. I wish you the best of luck, babe.
