Titan Speech

Titans’ mouths and throats are not designed to form human-type speech due to their very different shape. They have to speak using a form of vocal magic.

Since they have a pouch above their vocal cords designed to hold their sonic screams, their vocal cords are constantly being doused in a stream of filtered, raw magic from their blood since they hatch.

When the pouch is full, the “extra” magic continues to drift over their vocal cords, which they can harness with their intent to use an involuntary form of vocal magic, using the magic around their vocal cords to flawlessly form human speech coming from around themselves exactly like a normal voice would be.

They do not need to open or close their mouth to use it, or make any kind of lip movement, they only have to think it and say it. The only times they cannot speak are when chewing and swallowing, and the brief moments after they use a sonic roar or another voice-related blast power.
