nobody fucking TALKS about how parker had a brother who died young!!! i'm never going to shut the fuck up about it!!!! he could've been her twin! she was so alone but there was a point before that where she had a BROTHER!!!!! and the hurt of that loss is so big that she never ever fucking talks about it! we wouldn't have known if it weren't for that psychic!
I have an elaborate fantasy where I catch a roommate or friend peeing in the bathroom sink or something
and in my effort to not seem hopelessly turned on, I accidentally seem a little bit too chill about it
so they decide to gradually escalate until they find how far is too far (hint: pretty far)
i m, pressing the butons
den: can you. read them?
the thing about the impala as an extension of dean is that. i don't think dean can fit all that repression inside himself alone. so gender is stored in the masculine symbol that's beloved for the feminine roles (of caretaker/home/safety) that it fills. like, the ways dean's been traumatized by gender specifically are so apparent in his actions and relationships throughout the show but the one entity that i can think of who's an exception to dean's views on gender is baby. dean's parentification happened cocurrently with the impala becoming a home, yeah? and the person dean became bc of that is inherently incapable of performing gender to john's standards, condemning dean to be a failure in his own eyes. in direct contrast to that, what the impala became to sam and dean transformed her into something dean sees as holy. so baby is dean's only outlet for reverence towards femininity. anyways that's why i think an extremely galaxy brained option for a human impala storyline would be baby as a she/her gay man that looks like she could be dean's fraternal twin, and who's never learned shame or self-loathing. she's real because she is loved (& that's true in canon, too)—just like the velveteen rabbit. and interacting with her at all would cause dean SO much cognitive dissonance, but in a good way, i think. i would like to see it.
my heart got too soft i’m now @tenderdan
