Namaari as Vi and Raya as Caitlyn
I really enjoyed watching Arcane and the lore about it even though I don’t play League lol.
Act III really needs to pick up the pace, oouh I can’t wait for it it!

Did a little bit of a sketch with simple painting of Squid Game AU Raya. I saw a post of someone asking to make a RATLD Squid Game AU, so here’s my little take on this
Oh gosh, the inconsistency lf my artstyle… cringe…
New chapter from @shy-peacock’s fic “Surviving Kumandra City (With Sisu the Supposal Dragon)” got me feeling like

Sometimes I lie in bed and think about Namaari calling Raya “dep la”
So I went to the movies today 🙃 to see Raya the Last Dragon.
If you haven't seen it, go see it. It's excellent.
A lot of people ship Raya and Namaari.
During their childhood this made sense, the two girls seemed to instantly connect and appeared to flirt with one another leaving the viewers to wonder if this was a little crush or just two little girls being little girls.
Namaari ultimately betrayed Raya very quickly and the two lived the following six years of the lives in animosity with Namaari seemingly to chase Raya around the world.
Now, I'm a big fan of gay ships. However, when I saw the ongoing animosity and rivalry between Raya and Namaari as adults I was hardly convinced that there was any shared romantic feelings between the two of them...
Until, I learned that what Raya and Namaari call each other "Dep la" means "Strangley Beautiful" in Vietnamese.
Even though, they felt great animosity and hurt towards one another, whenever they met they would basically say to each other "Hey, Strangely Beautiful,"
I think this undeniablely gives the seemingly callous banter that Raya and Namaari share a whole new flirtatious and intimate meaning.
I only imagine what there relationship would have been already if Namaari didn't harbor the guilt of destroying Sisu's stone and Raya didn't hold the resentment of losing her father.
I hope and pray that there is a sequel to Raya the Last Dragon, and if there is I would love to see if Disney will finally give us both our first and second LGBT Disney princesses ever, because I think Raya x Namaari is an excellent place to start.
Sooo... you’re telling me Namaari has been obsessed/chasing Raya for 6....long....years....
