Yay! However, Milton after his questionable home renovation courtesy of Dalma was not. That's gonna hurt next year, Milton when you owe back taxes plus interest!

Seeing as it's the last day of winter and the snow is likely to melt soon, they decided to build snowmen and igloos in the park. Is that Morgan coming to crash my date! Ugh! I was hoping to work on their relationship a little bit!
Oh! Nevermind. I certainly hope this isn't the only reason Derick asked Sherita on a date at the park today, but at least he's not dumping her! LOL! And Morgan seems to have taken the hint...maybe he was just there as a wingman, LOL!

My time with the girls has come to an end for this round. We wind down with Wendy earning enough handiness skill to upgrade the toilet to self-cleaning, and a possible explanation for the distance between Sherita and Derick. She absolutely detests, Micha, his roommate and best friend. Only time will tell what the future holds for them all!
We start the day with a full notification panel. It looks like Micah's boost in skill hasn't led to a benefit at work yet, and he's not the only one struggling! I sure hope everyone can pay their taxes at the start of spring!
As for our household...well, at least Sherita got a bonus.
I had the brilliant idea to send the girls to the winter festival with their significant others to celebrate Snowflake Day, and Christian wasted no time meeting up at the house to head over!
Careful! That pond looks slick! I kept trying to get them to skate together which is not only adorable, but also a want for Wendy...unfortunately, they simply wouldn't! Christian kept wandering off!

Thankfully Wendy either didn't care or was too hungry to care. Just some quick festival food and then it's time to go home, both girls were starting to get frigid at this point.
Back home again nice and warm. Wendy showered before bed and Sherita stayed up late into the night watching tv and playing video games. Not exactly the fun double date I had planned, but both girls seemed to be content, so I guess I'll still call it a win :)

The guys were off to work early in the morning. Gotta earn that bread! After work, it was Micah's turn to try to earn some tips. Still nada so of course they were off to blow off some steam and some of their paychecks instead of stashing it for their upcoming bills...facepalm. Oh well, maybe there is something in inventory I can have them sell, I have no idea how much their bills will be once they're delivered.

Well...never a dull moment I guess...ugh...what am I going to do now! Scale back the planned city wide party for starters. But now they have nothing but what's left of their paychecks after the night out and they're missing an entire bathtub! And they still have bills of an unknown amount coming up in a couple of days! These two are a challenge for sure!
So...I was wrong...Not only did neither of the guys put the fire out...they both rushed out the door for work the next morning and left it STILL burning!
Nooooo!!!! And I just put those flowers from Felisha there too! At least they have a smoke detector and at least I could send poor little Smokey outside! But it's going to take the firefighters a while to get there.. All I could do was sit there and watch their home burn knowing full well they don't have the money to repair or replace anything.
Sims who were close enough came running to the inferno, but they couldn't do much besides freak out!
Well at least the food Derick brought in to school as an opportunity was helpful, but I have to wonder if he even knows his entire house is burning to the ground.

Despite the fact several sims hate each other, this was a chill party! No brawls anyway, and even an impromptu ghost story!
