then, you know, things popped off.

we were emboldened by straightforward interactions, common values, and general camaraderie; samantha and chad, flying under the radar of the cw snipers (all trained on misha at the time) and unburdened by NDAs, cried out:

And then. THEE day arrived.

And i, in the euphoria of the absolute chaos the dash and my discord’s bullshit, paid real money for this d-list actor’s opinion.

The thing I love about this is that Cas and Dean are married now and we were all there. With fanfics or headcanons, everyone would have a different idea of when they got married and how it went or if they got married at all, and nothing would be concrete. But this, this we all know and saw and witnessed and contributed to. We saw them get married and that’s beautiful and that’s canon.

Seeing all these posts about dean’s sobriety at the wedding is really making my heart so full. Imagining him on his happiest day, going through all the anxiety and crazy excitement, checking on guests and being a mother hen, getting Sam-hugged within an inch of his life, dancing with Cas and Claire and Jack, getting that solid “I’m proud of you, son” pat on the shoulder from Bobby and then falling boneless in bed and thrumming with joy, realizing he missed the open bar totally.

He just deserves to feel full happiness and see how possible it is. To have so much joy surround him. And someday be able to drink in moderation with no bad tendencies. It’s what I want for him most.
