Um… it’s 8 days until Christmas 🤪🎄❄️ HOW did that happen?? Even with many things shut down for the pandemic, it still feels like a busy time of the year. And when things get busy, the FIRST thing we tend to drop is our workouts. But I got you boo– 3 of my favorite MOST EFFICIENT workout moves, COMIN’ IN HOT!! 🏎🔥 🍑🍑🍑 SQUATS – working your WHOLE LOWER BODY in one move if you’re doing ‘em right!!! (HINT: Knees out, back straight, weight on your heels not your toes, grip your stomach like you’re bracing for a gut punch, and grip those cheeks like you’re using them to stand up WHILE holding a quarter in there! #feeltheburn #destroythosecheeks) 💪💪💪PLANKS – As TOUGH as they are GOOD!!! (If you do planks right, you don’t even need to do crunches!) Don’t let that booty dip - keep your spine straight - and grip your legs! Imagine the floor is lava and you’re elevating yourself away from it while staying in a straight line! (This move might be a safer way to work your core if your neck or back is sensitive to injury!) 🙌🙌🙌 BURPEES – the most infamous! But we’re here to talk about EFFICIENCY right? If you’re ever feeling blah and wanna turn that around REAL fast (no equipment or gym necessary), get up and do 20 burpees. I DARE YOU. 😉 What else you got?
