Today, I’m celebrating. 🎉 I’m celebrating the fact that I have the ability to move my body, get stronger, and give myself some mental sanity each and every day. I used to think working out was just about being skinny, but I’ve since realized it’s SO much more than that. It’s about doing something for yourself, working towards a healthy, happy version of you that is THRIVING, not just surviving. So today, on National Fitness Day, I’m pushing play on my workout and feeling JOYFUL about moving my body. 💪 I have gained so much strength, both physically and mentally since starting these workout programs…and I’m HERE for it. Not only that, I have more energy, my clothes are fitting better, and I feel confident. I’m showing up and showing up for ME! And to make it even sweeter, I get to help the ladies in my group feel this way too and get their confidence back. It’s the best of both worlds. 🌎 What workout are YOU pushing play on today?
