I'm drawing a bunch of toon NPCS (mostly clash, but some TTR too!) Some are my or my friend's favs, some requested by clashcord, some requested by ⬇️these people under the cut (closeups under the cut too)

Really wanted to try redesigning and fleshing out underloved Toontown toons, starting with Detective Lima. Poor dude got stuck with the short end of the plot relevant stick. Been missing since the Daffodil Gardens taskline. In terms of design elements, I tried to keep with bright, saturated, toony colors, though I'm not sure how much I'm feeling that blue still.
