??? is a glitchy loan shark whos got a lot of weird malfunctions and always wanders around where they shouldnt, with one of their favorite spots to hang around in is booker’s office which booker is Really Not Pleased About!! also nobody can understand what they say. whenever they do talk its in stuff like morse code or random nonsense radio clips

booker is a pretentious legal eagle who isnt even that high-status by legal eagle standards, all he does is work in the DA office and he’s not even a clerk…. smh. he also Really Thinks all the other cog types that aren’t lawbots SUCK, but Maybe Possibly A Certain Loan Shark he Maybe warms up to starts 2 slowly change his mind >:3c
