BUDDY FITNESS CHALLENGE DAAAY...like...14, I think? This is my second time trying to upload this. My first time had my most favorite of messages I'd done. But Instagram decided that wasn't cool and closed on me. Anyway, with me today is the one and only enthusiastic walker taker; @macroadjustment_majeh! He's currently resting up but that's okay. He's gonna kick some ass on Monday! Speaking of "kicking ass", today was Cardio and Core based training! Not my strong suit but all the more important. Gotta make this weakness into a HM04: STRENGTH! Written on the board is what I did and dudes, battle ropes and resistance bands are awesome. I love these things, even if the ropes kill me super quickly. Dragon Flags are still just a bit too tough for me to do with good form. Gonna have to keep crawling toward them for now. Today marked my last day of work before my vacation to the country of Tex-As. Havent been to this far away land since Basic and Tech school. Only this time I'm gonna have a blast! My cosplay is done, minor adjustments will have to be done but nothing majeh. MY RTX ADVENTURE IS IN 5 DAYS(Day 5 "DON'T FALL ASLEEP") AND I AM BEYOND STOKED!
