The Ultimate Liver Flush Smoothie Recipe
(Or drink) • 2 Lemons chopped in ½ - skin on
• 200ml pure filtered water
• 1 inch of organic Turmeric and an inch of organic Ginger root (grated)
• 1 Tbsp organic cold-pressed extra virgin Olive Oil
*Optional - 1 Clove of organic garlic, building up daily to 5.
Throw in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink in the morning ideally after a brisk walk and some deep breathing. Serves 1-2.
