When I started to pick up my pencil again in late 2023, this was the photo I chose to draw my first drawing. I could see all the wrong things in it so I decided to keep it hidden well in my stack of papers. I never included it in any of my review works.
Then, I decided to redraw it again. I think a part of me is like Alan in a way of loving a challenge, to tackle something I did not do well in the past. And the result... You can tell... The days, the weeks, and the months of practicing... They pay off again.
I hope this will give anyone who comes across my post as a boost of confidence. Your arts may not work at the moment. They can look so wrong on so many levels... But practicing, it will definitely help a lot and also, be patient with yourself.
