DEFINITION ⦂⠀A flag for people who deviate from the normative non-binary/gender norms for non-binaries; whether that is in a transgender way, cisgender way, or unrelated to that binary, or identify as non-binary in a non-gendered way (example: identifying with the concept of non-binary rather than the gender itself).

This is intended as a xenoID, but can be used as solely as a gender, or as both a xenoID and gender.
