Hypnosis can help, but we honestly don't know how to do that!
If you're transitioning to a disordered system then you need to figure out what 'trauma' caused each alter to split & why they formed the way they did (or if you just want to be traumagenic).
Call yourself plural (duh) and talk to yourself as much as you can (Either outloud or internally)!
Research plurality!!! (duh)
Practice different voices, behaviors, handwriting, art styles, & similar.
If you ever don't want to do something then try/pretend to switch with a headmate willing to do it.

i feel like as someone who’s cisautistic you should know what it’s like to be ostracized from society in a way that makes you nonconforming to labels society has put on you as “that’s what you were born as” or “that’s just the way it is”..
