This ability allows Helreignn to create not the weapon arrows but the symbol arrows paceifcally red arrows in any space at any time and can be active during conscious or unconscious hours. The limitation of creating arrows is pettiness. The level of harm these arrows can cause is astounding, they can pierce through anything or anyone even universes within seconds ending lives of billions.
Light manipulation (not awaken)
Inherited ability allows the user to manipulate any light source weather its the sun or stars or any celestial object he can manipulate as well as borrow light from a light mage and use it as his own toy.
Shapeshifiting
Another inherited ability shape shifting grants Helreignn the gift to transform into any creature who he had killed in the past taking these forms and use them to his advantage to interact with living souls on the mainlands.
Nigh omniscience
Not much of a battle power but a alternative advantage of being king of the underworld. Helreignn sees all that has been going on meaning while he’s off destroying everything he already knew that it had happen take Julius’s and Parti fight for example. Helreignn knew Julius had lost despite being a different world.
Underworld formation
Owning the ninth realm Helreignn holds the ability to create anything in the underworld for example the tree of qilphoth was a mechanism he created to occup te devils in abesents another one was the devil binding ritual that wasn’t supposed to be for other devils but accidentally got leaked.
Abilities
Power takeover: if Helreignn chose not to have children Helreignn needed another way to pass on his rights of being the devil king to a mortal. A mortal under 8 months this happens pretty fast and is really simple escaping to the inner void of that mortal meaning their soul are intertwined forever
Death mana: if a regular human were to approach Helreignn in a close radius Helreignn’s mana is that sinister and aggravating they would die before even touching him
Border crossing: another advantage of the devil king he can cross the boarder to the mortal realm and return back to the underworld whenever he pleases.
In the picture up above Helreignn is appeared to be a while silhouette. Unlike other devils Helreignn has a smoother image and carry’s different characteristics. He has 10 horns in total equaling 5 sets of horns laid across on top of his head. 3 sets of wings equaling 6 wings in total, the middle set of wings appear to have corpses wrapped in string hanging on an angle (and no I didn’t duplicated the corpses ;) ) The third set of wings tell a different story, the right wing is whole while the left wing almost appears to be as if someone chewed apart of it off. Another interesting feature is that a part of Helreignn’s stomach is exposed revealing the bones. Devils commonly have long thin tail though this isn’t seen on the image Helreignn has a short tail. The current pose you can always see Helreignn pull is one where his arms are tucked into a fabric that only covers his arms hiding the true portrait.

There’s only one word that could summon up Helreignn’s personality and that is numb. Helreignn is simply numb. Helreignn dosen’t care about anyone, he dosen’t care about other devils, he dosen’t care about killing people, he kills because he dosen’t care, he can be emotional or emotionless. Helreignn makes unpredictable actions because he has no care. But there is one thing that drives him is proving others wrong or hearing other incorrect. An example would be hearing Nacht calling Lucifero the final devil the only thing he did was laugh over and laugh until he cried.

Helreignn never liked Megicula he’s always thought of Megicula as childish and a little too “nice” casting curses that will only kill you in 12 months Helreignn finds that method boring, another topic Helreignn hates is human experiments and always calls out Megicula for having such a low standard.
