Let's Start!

Open template and press shift + D to duplicate the template and close the original. Delete layer dottedrect & Dottedcircle & Redbits. Make black rectangle layer active and open paper 2 and paste as a new layer,invert and delete. Add some white/black gradient glow to it with 3.00 as width.Then add some bright noise to the gradient glow with settings: Intensity: 42 Darker. Then make black rectangle layer active again and add some bright noise to it 

with settings: Intensity: 42 Darker. Make Dkgrayrect active and open paper 8 and paste as a new layer, invert and delete. Add some white/black gradient glow to it with 3.00 as width.Then add some bright noise to the gradient glow 

with settings: Intensity: 42 Darker. Make pink circle layer active and open paper 9 and paste as a new layer, invert and delete. Add some white/black gradient glow to it with 3.00 as width. Then add some bright noise to the gradient glow with settings: Intensity: 42 Darker Then make pink circle layer active again and add some bright noise to it with settings: Intensity: 42 Darker. Make Redrect active and open paper 9 and paste as a new layer, invert and delete. Add some white/black gradient glow to it with 3.00 as width.Then add some bright noise to the gradient glow with settings: Intensity: 42 Darker. Then make pink circle layer active again and add some bright noise to it with settings: Intensity: 42 Darker. Make pink rects active and open paper 6 and paste as a new layer, invert and delete. Now make the word art layer active and flood fill "GOOD" White and the "S" in Vs.Then flood fill the "EVIL" Black and the "V" in Vs. Now add some gradient glow to it in (Dark Red) Add some bright noise to it as well with same settings as before.

~*Elements*~

Open element 76 and 72 and resize both to 241 x 241. Paste the black circle frame on top of the red one, then duplicate it and take them and post over the layers right square and left square to make frames. Then open the tubes you wanted to use and resize to fit into the frames,duplicate and delete access. Do this to both right and left square layer. Go to the right and left square layer and delete left over parts that sticks outside the frames using your selection tool. Then add some bright noise to the gradient glow with settings: Intensity: 42 Darker. Open element 8 & 9 and resize them to 241 x 241,and paste them where you want them. Open element 75 and paste it as a new layer on top of Blackrect. Make white circle active and open element 69 and paste into selection. Duplicate and flip. Open element 43 and paste as a new layer on top of left square. Open element 15 and paste it on top of right square .Open element 53 and paste on top of layer pinkrects. Open element 57 resize to 57% and paste behind your tag.

Add copyright, tag name and we are done!
