((Isabeau is fantastic from what I’ve seen so far. I haven’t played SMT4 myself— I bought it for my sister’s birthday so she’s been playing it— but she’s easily one of my favorite characters just from watching my sister. ;v;))

That style of uniform irked Hanako.  It is not exactly the type of clothing you would wear around the beginning of summer.  Why is this guy dressed up like Katō Yasunori?  Was there a convention somewhere she did not know about?  It cannot be a Meiji or Showa re-enactment around because none of the annoying uyoku dantai propaganda was echoing throughout the city.
