Made a couple of videos with interesting DevPro replays.  Turn on CC!

I was always really fond of videos that were annotated to provide commentary since it lets you focus on clips that have a very fast pace without actually slowing down the footage.  YGOPro replays will always play at the fastest possible speed unless you pause (as far as I know), so it’s pretty impractical to even try to use voice to talk over them (and also because my new mic doesn’t come in for a few days).

I’ll probably start encoding the text directly into the video after this, but Youtube’s CC is nice and readable so I figured I’d start there and have it finished by the end of the night.  Of course, it’s now 5:30 AM, but things never go as planned.

Another video in the vein of my last few, which... I haven’t done anything in a month, huh.  As always, commentary in CC.

Zielgigas Turbo seems to be a favorite of several people at my locals.  It’s got a great mix of rogue level jank and powerful OTKs, and building the deck/balancing ratios is an interesting challenge thanks to the inherent brickiness of Ritual decks (well, the ones that can’t make Shooting Star Dragon off of a three card combo).

I’m working on a script for a video about a really spicy Zombiesworn tech choice that actually works as a play extender and an anti-meta stun card, but I’d rather win a regional with it first.

But with the current banlist, that won’t happen.  So you might see that soon.  Hope you picked up your copies of Shiranui Solitaire before COTD caused them to double in price!

Another replay video.  Here’s my previous ones.  Commentary in CC.  I also have the deck file in the description (and added one to the Burning Abyss video), just drop it in your deck folder and you’re good to go. 

I’d say something like “Bet you’ve never seen a deck like this!”, but I played against a SPYRAL player a while back who said he matched against Odd-Eyes Symphonic Gusto three times in a row.  Maybe he got really lucky.

I have been trying to find a good Gusto build for ages.  This isn’t it, but it can still go off pretty hard with a good hand and the pendulums help with recovery.
