Hi, it's the Dewa anon! If Dewa's parents were part of the gray clan, do you think they would be friends with someone from scepter 4? I always imagine them being friends with Zenjou but mostly because I like imagining his reaction to Dewa being a part of Homra.
hey dewa anon! i don't know that there's much inter-clan interaction, really. only seri and izumo seem to have managed it. and then after ROK, i guess maybe saru and misaki are friends again?
i think it would be less likely with a clan like cathedral, which is said to be a family. my guess is that the grey clan was fairly close-knit. maybe they worked with S4 from time to time, but the S4 of habari jin's day was very much a government organization (as S4 tends to be).
but if dewa's parents happened to be friends with zenjou and zenjou knew they were lost in the kagutsu crater incident, i think zenjou would probably be 100% fine with dewa joining the red clan. why? because early on, zenjou doesn't like munakata. and i would argue he only starts liking munakata after the events of ROK. i also don't think it's in zenjou's character to get upset if people don't join the clan he's part of. he seems like the type who'd be like, "get yourself a clan that's family," because frankly, the reason he distrusts munakata so much is that munakata is cold and inscrutable whereas habari jin was not. everyone knows homra's bonds are thicker than water, and so if there's going to be any substitution for cathedral, homra would be the only candidate. in my mind, then, zenjou would be fine with dewa joining homra. he'd probably even be a little pleased that someone who'd been orphaned found his place. we know he's a softie, really. his relationship with kushara and his absolute rage at munakata when he thought munakata planned kushara's death is evidence of that.
