Why is everyone staring? She thought as she walked down the sidewalk not sure how to respond when strangers said hello to her. it had been so long since people saw her, not to mention spoke to her it almost frightened her at first. She had to keep remind herself that she was alive, though the feelings that came with life often did. She could not remember the last time she was hungry and now she was pretty sure she was constantly hungry. 

All she wanted was something familiar, she wanted to go home. Her home though was her sister Hayley Marshall so she walked down the streets of Mystic Falls hoping to find her, or someone who knew where she was. Another thing she forgot about being human, if you don’t pay attention you can walk into people. 

As she slammed into another person she stepped back in surprise before looking them over quickly for injuries. “I am so sorry, I was so lost and thought I didn’t even realize. Are you hurt? Do you need anything?” She asked. She truly did feel like an idiot, had it really been so long she forgot how to be a human?

Early mornings were not Camilla’s cup of tea, considering she spent most nights awake and active it wasn’t a leap to say she was not a morning person. On days like today though when she couldn’t sleep in or couldn’t sleep at all Coffee was needed to get her threw the days without killing anyone. Well anyone she was hired to kill that was. Already feeling sluggish Camilla stopped into The Grill as soon as it opened and ordered herself a simple black coffee, the only way to order it. “Jesus, Mary, Joseph, and the Camel This is really bad coffee.” She said to the person seated next to her. The words coming out at light speed and yet she continued to drink the foul liquid. It wasn’t like she had a whole lot of other options in a town like this and she promised herself she’d keep the orbing to a minimum.

«AM I THE ONLY THAT SAW IT COMING?» Of course he was not surprised that Wyatt lead the supernatural beings out of the shadows, but he was not surprised that it happened in general either. The only thing that surprised him was the fact that it took so long for it to happen. «Are people seriously going to whine about it now?» Jace mumbled while he flung himself onto a chair. «Oh, the joy of walking on earth...»

this was the perfect chance for katherine to come back, making a splash at big events was her thing. she wouldn’t ruin it because she did support wyatt, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t have fun, right? she walked inside, immediately charming a man into fetching her a drink and the glass was brought to her lips as she drank from the red wine. it was amazing, she hadn’t been able to truly taste something in a very, very long time. “let the games begin.” she said mostly to herself.

Emily’s heart ached for the town of Mystic Falls. She didn’t know why anyone would want to cause that much bloodshed and destruction. She wanted to do something to help those suffering from the events that unfolded from the ball. The ideas she had come up with were silly so in the meantime she decided she would go try to find her necklace. Emily decided to retrace her steps from that night in hopes she would find the golden locket.

“Hey, excuse me…” Noah stepped forward and reached out, tapping the person who stood in front of him on the shoulder. “Sorry, but you dropped this,” he spoke as he held his hand up in front of them both, holding onto the other person’s wallet. A gentle grin appeared on his lips as he put both of his hands into each their pockets. “Oh, let me tell you, I have lost my share of wallets, credit cards and whatnot, and it’s a fucking hassle to get it sorted out with the bank. Well, I guess it’s a hassle since I have lost my stuff like three times,” he said and he rolled both of his brown eyes as he absentmindedly tapped his foot against the floor, waiting for his name to be called from the coffeeshop barista. The whole moving into a new town and into a new apartment was definitely exhausting and he needed all the coffee that he could get hold off at this point. Noah Thompson, your coffee’s ready. “Anyway,” he spoke and nodded, before he wandered over to the counter where the coffee was waiting.

Why the hell was HE here? Why the hell was he.. HERE? In fucking Mystic Falls?

He had learnt to live without this place – almost having forgotten than it used to be his home. After years of being driven out of there when he had been younger, after years of staying away since he triggered his curse for the second time, and spending years in peace far away, he had grown accustomed to that life. The life away from here. But here he was again, in the same old place – the only difference seemed to be that there were several people he didn’t really recognize.

This was the thing about being dead – it was never permanent in this world. And as much as he wished it was – it seemed he wouldn’t even be allowed that luxury. “Fucking great.” he muttered as he walked through the familiar streets – places he could recognize despite the changes it had gone through over the years.

Ivy sat on a rock overlooking the swimming hole. No one was swimming today, but she didn’t mind, she just enjoyed the feeling of being out in nature, in the world that she hadn’t seen in nearly 200 years. The sun was warm on her skin, and raising a hand, she sent a soft breeze her way. Her magic had always been at its best out in nature, back when she was alive, and she found it surprisingly easy to slip back into those habits. She turned her attention to a dandelion she saw across the lake, using her magic she picked it and floated it over to her. As she was preparing to make a wish, she heard footsteps approaching. “Anything I can do for you?”
