“I might be, but I’ve already outlived forty-eight wars. Outlived forty-eight lives before this one,” He grinned. “Not that young, experience-wise,” he tried to lighten up.
“Uh-huh,” Mischa blinked, then smiled—not the usual teasing one, but something slower, sadder. “And how many of those were happy?”
He looked up at the sky, where the lanterns rose like prayers.
“Ask me again when this one ends.”
“You—” she stopped as she watched his features soften under the lights.

Lavi chuckled, looping his scarf gently around her neck. His fingers brushed her collar, just enough to make her breath hitch. The scarf still carried his warmth, faintly scented of cedar smoke and paper ink.
“Lavi—”
“Don’t argue,” he said quietly, adjusting it. “It’s not a fight you could win.”
She looked up at him then, their faces a few breaths apart, the faintest of a smirk tugged at her lips.
“You really are dangerous.”
“Why is that?”
“You keep making me feel things I shouldn’t.”
Lavi’s hand paused. His eye met hers. Their breaths caught not from cold but from a shared ache neither of them could quite name.
“Then, we match,” Lavi replied, barely above a whisper.

This past weekend I was at OMGcon. While I was there I commissioned some art of Kanda and my oc Grace from my D Gray-man fic Bloodstained Bonds, from @filromeroart I’m really happy with the way it turned out.
I also got some pictures taken of my Sannan cosplay in the fury version of his look. (which basically is just changing my wig) since I didn’t have any pictures of that yet. Photos are by Pense Productions.
Miss Romei Lee
First Cousin of Komui Lee and Lenalee Lee
Age 22-23
Job: Scientist turned Magician
In this Alternate Universe, Komui and Lenalee are not the only members of their family to survive the Akuma attack on their home. In addition, their first cousin Roumei and their great uncle's Jibao and Ryoku.
While their great uncles are old, they do not participate much in the order. They live in the surrounding city, owning and operating a Tea house.
Romei, on the other hand, was young like Komui; she too worked her way up in the order. Eventually transferring from the Asain HQ to the European HQ, where her younger cousin Lenalee was stationed as an exorcist.
Romei is in the Akuma Weapons department, she works to create devices like the light barrier that can contain Akuma.
It is later discovered that Romei has an affinity for magic. She transfers back to the Asian HQ, where she studies the art with the Head chief and his family there. She is shifted to designing weapons and projects with her magic.
( There are two designs here bc I couldn't decide which hair color she should have.)
