Ramadan Mubarak to my fellow Muslims!

Each day of Ramadan, We’ll be posting pictures having to do with Ramadan or Islam. We won’t post anything with graven images of course (symbols, beasts, people, ect.)

We are busy, so we aren’t doing actual art styles, more like art challenges!

Slow cooker daal

1/2 a nutella glass of yellow mung daal

1/2 a nutella glass of pink/red masoor daal

2 stock cubes

1 tsp garlic/ginger puree

1 large chopped carrot

2 tsp mehti kasuri leaves

3/4 tsp of haldi

1/4 tsp of chilli powder

1 inch of water

cook on high for 1.5 hours

then add 2 chopped tomatoes and coriander

cook on medium for 30 minutes

turn off the heat and add the juice of a lemon

It suits me well that it's been coming 40cm snow today since I've bought these lovely Tommy Hilfiger boots. Cooked some delicious indian dhaal for dinner and after sipping some tea I will go to bed extra early so I am fit for fight to get up and go to work earlier than usual due to the crazy snow situation! This morning was chaos 🌨❄️☃️
