At the new Nepali restaurant nearby, you can choose naan or dhindo, which I’d never heard of before. It was sort of halfway between a porridge, a pudding, and a flatbread. Very homey and filling. I’d never had anything quite like it!

A memory recall to the 18 years of #brotherhood in Christ. How will you react, when you're in a mission trip of sharing Gospels, but unknown about your stay, any specific destination and directions and suddenly you meet some great warriors of God on the way. As I started sharing Gospel to Sita, the lady in the picture, literally had tears rolling from her eyes along with her three sibling sisters for meeting a Christian evangelist after a long time in such a remote village. I was unaware that she was also a Christian and a daughter of a local pastor. With huge respect and honor she welcomed me at her house and introduced me to her family. She, her sisters, her uncle and few locals from the village helped us carry our bags and luggage as a porter. In the evening, due to heavy snowfall, we had to stay in a Yak's shed where they cooked and fed us local Nepali #Dhindo (Nepali: ढिँडो) which is a popular meal prepared in Nepal. (As shown in Image) It is prepared by gradually adding flour to boiling water while stirring. It is a staple meal in various parts of Nepal. They also offered me pickles of Sichuan pepper (Nepali: Timur) and Gundruk (Pickled Leafy Vegetables/ fermented leafy green vegetable). This is the most highly respected dish offered to any guest in such areas. It was so delicious that completely suppressed my hunger. Later we slept in a Nepali carpet made from hays spread over pinecones. I had a very sound sleep that night. The complete experience was truly mesmerizing. My times at this place, staying in Yak's Shed and receiving lovely hospitality has transformed into ongoing brotherhood in Christ. This will surely remain forever in his Mighty Name. #Ministry_of_five_bread_and_two_fish #Ministry_with_poor_for_the_poor #Love_Passion #transforming_lives #raising_Native_missionaries #retrieving_golden_memories #RHMI_2020 https://www.instagram.com/p/B_4ZD-wgaFU/?igshid=6gcasquv4imk
