Diaboros is a fey that got turned into a human when he annoyed a more powerful fey and got cursed. He still has some magic but it's reduced, and not very reliable. On the other hand, while fey can't lie, Diaboros now can! And they do, whenever possible.

Diaboros loves two things: saying things that are blatently not true, and being the center of attention.
